What counts as a user?
One seat = one person who logs in, whatever their role. A person who dispatches and drives is
one seat, not two. Dispatchers, drivers and office staff all count the same — no role games, no surprises.
Are routes and stops really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited routes and unlimited stops, with no per-stop fees. Your
bill only changes when your team grows.
What happens when I add or remove a user?
Adding a user mid-cycle charges a prorated amount for the remaining days. Removing one takes
effect at the end of the billing period, so you're never charged for someone who left.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing — you only pay the difference.
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and you keep your current features until then.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of Pro — the full product, no credit card
required. When it ends, pick the plan that fits. Your data is safe either way.
How much do I save with annual billing?
20%. Annual plans bill once a year at the equivalent of about 9.6 monthly payments. You can
start monthly and switch to annual later with prorated credit.
