Bodha supports three types: a photo taken at the drop-off location, a digital signature collected on the driver's phone, and a text note added by the driver. Each record is automatically tagged with the GPS coordinates and time of the delivery. You can use one or combine them depending on what the delivery requires.

Yes. For contactless deliveries, the driver takes a photo of the package at the drop-off location without requiring the customer to sign anything.
